Convenient location close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Self-check-in process with pin number. Clean, spacious rooms with good facilities. Short walk to major attractions and easy access to Roma Termini. Effective air conditioning for hot summer months.

Great location in the vibrant Navona neighbourhood. Seemed like locals, enjoying local cafes and restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet room with excellent amenities. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect - soooo close to everything. We were able to walk to all the main attractions in this lively area of the city. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. We also found many great restaurants around for meals. Transportation was easy, with convenient access to the hotel from both airports. we were satisfied with our experience.

I had such a great time at this hotel in terms of value for money! The prices were really reasonable, especially considering the central location. It was soooo close to everything, making it super convenient to visit all the tourist attractions. Plus, the staff were excellent and really looked after us. The rooms, although basic, were clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a sofa. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day!

We had a great stay at Navona Charme Suite. The location was perfect, with Plaza Navona and many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were helpful over the phone. We enjoyed exploring the area and overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a variety of excellent restaurants in the vicinity. It is situated in a lively area, making it easy to find a place to eat and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. there is a taxi station nearby, providing convenient transportation options. St Peters square is also within walking distance, allowing guests to easily explore the city's main attractions.
Communication with the owners could be improved, as some guests had difficulties with the check-in process.
